6.6/10
Stieg Larsson died before his Millenium trilogy were published. He was 50 years old.
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was a page turner. Reading on the bus, or during small breaks at work I read this book whenever I had a few minutes to spare. I remeber reading this book during the hottest days that I have ever expierenced in Seattle and how my shirt stuck to my skin and I flew through this book.
The characters have good character development, the plot has many different webs to it but doesn't confuse the reader and the story is one that does not dissapoint.
I don't want to write any spoilers here, but when one of the supporting characters has a big revelation about them it seems a little too on the nose for my taste. Other than that this is a good book and I will be reading the others in this series.
